I have written this review many times. Do not rent here! I regret my choice of moving into these apartments. There were so many lies told especially about the carpet and repairs. The carpet was NEVER cleaned. I purchased a shampoo machine to clean the carpet. The amount of pet hair was unbelievable. Instead of replacing all of the blinds from the previous tenants which were dry rotten, they only replaced certain ones when asked. They were all dry rotten and breaking. My heat went out ...
multiple times during the winter while I was living in these apartments. It was as if they did not know how to fix the problem. These apartments are very old in appearance. There are no recent updates seen not even the refrigerator, stove, or dishwasher. There were repeated requests of repairs for the ceiling fan that NEVER happened. There was a kitchen draw which was broken and NEVER repaired my entire stay. If I had to choose again, I would not choose here. This is my honest opinion of these apartments. By the way, they will find a way to keep your security deposit. So, BEWARE!!!

Moved in March 2026, only downside was I had to deal with 3 different leasing Managers but the most recent Manager Alyssa was very nice and understanding of everything that happened before her and worked with me really well. Maintenance comes same day or next day, it’s very quiet, no loud noises, peaceful.

I have live in these apartments for the past 10 years and 9 months. I moved in here in 2015 and I can honestly say I love the atmosphere very quiet, neighbors are very friendly the property managers that has come a d go made sure our needs and wants was met despite it is some minor issues overall I love the apartment complex.

I just moved in over here and have to say I'm impressed! The new Manager is great, very warm, upbeat and she cares about us who live here and the property. If you have a request or come by the office she is there! Ms. Jessica listens and wants to help. They are renovating units and just fixed our fence. My neighbors are nice and quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves and the kids play off out of the way. There aren't any piles of poop anywhere. This is a great place to live. Thank y'all for this ...

I lived here for 3 years while working full time and finishing nursing school. Betsy, in the front office, was so good to me and helped with anything I needed. I never had a single bad experience here for those years. My surrounding neighbors were quiet. It was inexpensive and basic which is what I needed at the time. Anytime something needed repaired or whatnot, it was fixed within a timely matter. Not sure why the other reviews were so poor.

The lady in the office is very rude and unprofessional. They lie about the carpet being cleaned, and the eye can clearly see it has not been cleaned nor vacuumed. Under the kitchen sink leaks, and the floor gives too much like it's rotten under the rug. All this was noticed the date the lease was signed. Not to mention, the walls were painted with cheap paint. It's a disgrace how something like this looks and they want to charge expensive rent and you still pay for all utilities. Needs new ...

The manger spends all day in the office and doesn't take care of her tenants. The matenice team slacks off and either gives you attitude and won't fix your issue or half fixes issues. If your looking for a place with well taken care of apartments and a friendly staff this is not the place. The apartments are old and run down and in serious need of renovation and they have a serious roach problem. So don't waste your time with this complex.
