Love this place!
September 16, 2023I am a long time resident of almost six years and I absolutely love it here! I first had a one bedroom and then transferred into a two bedroom for more space to run my business. It’s a beautiful property with nice landscaping throughout the year, the pool is amazing and amenities are super nice. My family and I (my sister has little ones) watch movies in the big theater, we grill out and swim in the summer and I even go for walks because the area is so nice to walk around in. I use the clubhouse ...for get togethers and to teach classes there too. And I do love my apartment too. I am happy with the renovations and love how spacious it is. Above all, I adore the staff. I have always been greeted with polite and respectful nature. The staff has always been caring, kind, professional and pleasant to be around, and I even consider some my friends. The events held here are also fun and I have been able to meet other residents, which also makes it nice to live here too.. great neighbors all around! I won’t be moving anytime soon. I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live, whether it’s temporary or long term like me.Property Manager Responded

please dont live here
May 28, 2023I used to love living here, but now I’ll warn you to avoid this place at all costs. I have had two incidents and emergency maintenance will never answer or come. The first time my fire alarm was going off for 6 hours straight, and even though maintenance was there they would not come. The emergency maintenance line did not work either, they ignore all calls on that line. I physically went to the office for the second time and the maintenance person was hanging out and talking with the leasing ...people. Even then, it took him awhile to come. 6. hours. of my fire alarm going off. This time, I cannot lock my door. Its been two days with no help or response for emergency maintenance. Ive called 15 times. The physical keys they gave me do not work and my keypad battery is drained. In an emergency situation like this you will be completely ignored. My options are to leave my home exposed and dogs unsafe or skip work, which could get me fired as I ended up having to call off yesterday because of this. Third, last year my boyfriend went into anaphylactic shock and almost died due to getting repeatedly stung by bees in a tree near our home. When we asked them to come take a look, see if there was a nest, the first office manager we spoke to was extremely rude and said there was nothing they can do since it was an “outside problem”. After all of this well be moving. There are so many apartments around here that its not worth it to come here, even if it costs a little less.Property Manager Responded

Terrible place
October 13, 2022Used to be good in the old days, when staff was nice and maintenance was good. Now every couple months staff leaves and the buildings look like a mess and garbage is pilled up, and no service anymore. Not at all recommended anymore!!!Property Manager Responded

Useless Time Waster
August 27, 2022Scheduled a tour on their website after seeing previous requests about staff being unhappy with people showing up without a scheduled tour. Arrived at the leasing office and was told “we don’t have a 1 bedroom to show, but we will next week, come back then”. We went back to the leasing office the next week. The staff member (different from the week before) said they didn’t have a one bedroom to tour. I mentioned to her that we were told the week before to come back because they’d have one to see ...today. She replied with “I’m not sure who told you that but we don’t.” Now two weeks in a row our time and gas has been wasted by this company. With many other competitors near by at more reasonable prices, they should consider making sure all of their staff members are on the same page.Property Manager Responded

Bad first experience
October 29, 2019Me and my sister came to look at this apartment complex since there is a “visit today” sign out front... once we were inside we were greeted by a lady at the front desk but then she was very rude when we asked to take a tour without an appointment... there was a billion other ways she could have gone about the situation. Very unhappy
July 13, 2019I have lived her less than a month and have had to deal with multiple inconveniences. I had to pay for an extra week of rent after my moving date changed but my move in date couldn’t be changed. Fine if that’s your policy. After moving in I found that the carpet had not been cleaned and was full of cat hair. Why wouldn’t the carpet be cleaned between tenants? I had to break down all of my furniture and move it away from carpeted areas to have it cleaned. When I come home after the carpets were ...cleaned I found that the dirty water was dumped in my tub and there was debris all over my toilet and sink - I had to clean and disinfect the entire bathroom. Disgusting. Now the complex is installing AT&T fiber cabling that requires them to open up the sealed attic in my closet to run wires and add a new plate to my living room wall. I don’t even have AT&T! Now I have to move all of my things again and clean up debris from opening the ceiling and wall. Moving is one of the most stressful times. Dealing with these extra (unnecessary) inconveniences just adds to the stress, especially when working two jobs and trying to settle into a new home. I am very unhappy.Property Manager Responded

Used to be Good - Not Anymore - Don't Rent Here!
June 20, 2019This apartment complex was great back in 2016, but has gone downhill since new management has come in. The office is terrible to get ahold of, they lose your packages and find them months later, they don't keep accurate records (I had to give THEM a copy of MY lease that THEY signed), they overcharged my rent, they charged me for brand new items I never used when I moved out, and more. The parking lot is a disaster and potholes will devour your car (no fixes in site by the way). Overall, I would ...have recommended this apartment complex a few years ago, but now it is overpriced and the people - especially management - make it not worth living there. I don't normally write reviews, but this place ended up treating me so horribly, I felt the need to share. Unhelpful staff, unreasonable fees
November 5, 2018Agree with some of the reviews here. The current staff are passisive aggressive and unhelpful at best. Fees are increasing fast and they charge for things that used to be free. The breezeways used to be cleaned from yearly cleaning, but they haven’t done it in awhile. They recently change management (a year or so?) and the new team clearly just care about their profit. Don’t stay here! There are many new apt complexes around.Review from Apartments.com
It’s good
September 16, 2018I loved living here. The pool, gym, and theatre are amazing. Also love how they always try to do activities for residents. But the computers at the business center are always down. I went in different times of the year to print important papers out and they were down for the longest! So disappointing. I also think it’s overpriced, specially with the old kitchen amenities that they offer. Had a problem with the oven and when maintenance went to check on it, he didn’t even know how to turn on the ...oven... how can he fix it in the first place! Besides this, people at the office are amazing if you ask or need help in anything. Very courteous. Honestly miss it but the prices went up so we had to move.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Used to be great, now it’s a dump
July 10, 2018This place just isn’t the same. The property manager is rude and responds to residents and community issues in a passive aggressive manner. The whole complex is run down and has never been cleaned and maintained for years. They state it has, but they are lying. Used to be awesome; not renewing again.
June 24, 2018When I moved in a few years ago this place was awesome. We used to have a staff that cared but they were all moved and now nothing gets done (even the property isnt being maintained we used to have a beautiful pool with fountains but theres a mysterious budget issue that's been going on for years so they aren't fixing it) from the constant sighing when you walk through the front door to the expensive pricing for what you dont get makes this place not so appealing anymore.Review from Apartments.com
