      I lived here for two years. The building we moved into was brand new and so everything was in great condition and I loved the style. Management is very communicative and maintenance is really responsive. Location is great, as it's right by meijer. The only downside is that the walls and ceilings are somewhat thin, so if you have loud neighbors it can get a bit annoying. However, even that wasn't severe enough to disrupt sleep, privacy, or other day-to-day tasks. I would highly recommend this ...

      Lived there for one year non stop issues, next door ppl word throw parties all night the people under them complained about then throwing beer cans and broken objects off balcony, the people above us were completely obnoxious running through apartment had to record multiple recordings before they were actually fined and continued to do it, which I then was told there was nothing they could do cause they simply wouldn’t listen. Staff is nice but obviously don’t know how to do there jobs
