My experience with Central Park Apartments has been extremely disappointing. There have been ongoing issues with unresolved maintenance requests, unprofessional communication from office staff, and a lack of knowledge regarding basic company policies and procedures.
Maintenance requests have gone unresolved or have taken far too long to address, which is frustrating when you are paying rent and expecting basic services to be provided. Communication from the office has also been inconsistent and, ...
at times, unprofessional. When questions or concerns are raised, it often feels as though the staff either does not know the appropriate company procedures or provides conflicting information.
Another major concern was the move-out charges. I was charged for issues that, in my opinion, appear to be the result of normal wear and tear associated with the age and ordinary use of the apartment and its appliances. Residents should not feel as though they are being financially penalized for normal deterioration of appliances and property over time.
The trash pickup service is another ongoing issue. Trash is frequently left waiting for pickup, and the service is often late or inconsistent. This contributes to an overall feeling that the property is not being maintained to the standard residents should reasonably expect.
Overall, the lack of timely maintenance, inconsistent and unprofessional customer service, unclear communication regarding company procedures, questionable move-out charges, and unreliable trash service have made this a very frustrating experience.
I would strongly encourage prospective residents to ask detailed questions about maintenance response times, move-out charges, trash service, and property policies before signing a lease. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Central Park Apartments.
