Also, the staff goes over and beyond their duties to make tenants feel like it’s home. Nancy is the best manager I’ve had experience in my many years of living in apartment life A+ 100% genuine the right person for the job and the new maintenance guy is the best bacon and on top of everything!!

However, Vanessa was so patient with me and all my questions that I sent her prior to my moving in. I have been welcomed with open arms and feel grateful that I am here. The move in was easy, no stress, and the apartment is wonderful. Both Kar and Vanessa care about the community, and are involved with the tenants, events, and making sure everybody feels at home. If you have a fur baby, this is ...the best apartment to come to. I don’t but they’re all over and everybody loves them. All my neighbors are friendly and welcoming. But CPV is like no other apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. Quiet, meticulously maintained, and secure. The property management, Kar and Vanessa, plan regular events for the residents to get together. I was very lucky to find CPV and I’ll be here for a good long time.
