We love the building! Front desk and office staff are friendly and helpful. Pool has been great. No complaints around the apartment, and if there are issues maintenance has been quick and helpful. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Sometimes there are accidents that pets leave in the elevators that can be smelly. The outside construction is unfortunate for walkability, but I know this is out of Bozzuto's control. All in all, its a 5-star experience.

Well maintained building, friendly staff, nice amenities and ideal location in DTSS. The convenience of everything that is in walking distance, is hard to match elsewhere. I recently renewed my lease after living here for a few yrs.

Most aspects of my resident experience have been seamless. Some moderate improvements to maintenance staff communication will help. Concierge team is superb, especially overnight team (Kirabel and the other young lady). Everyone is super chill, friendly and accommodating - plus, they stay on top of things. I love it here. ??

It's been a year. The building is okay, but some of the front desk staff likes to dissappear. Also it would be nice if there were an ice machine in the lobby next to the coffee machine. There ID already a water hook up.

I love it. It’s nice and peace and quiet. I love this building. A good building for everybody to live in and everybody is so nice. and the concierge is nice everybody is building my business is so nice in this building. If anybody want to live here, they could live here.

Reneged on Apartment

Imagine that you look for an apartment for weeks. You apply to multiple places, spending a ton on application fees for the places you like. You get all of your approvals, and then select the best apartment for you and your family. You get the welcome letter, sign the documentation, pay the security deposit, make all the necessary changes to your services, hire movers, inform all of the apartments that you had applied for that you had made a decision, make arrangements with your job, and rest easy ...
knowing that your search is over. Then, you get a get a call a couple of days later from the leasing office and they inform you that even though they had advertised the space, taken your application fee, gone through the approval process, and had you sign all of the paperwork - they decided to renege on the deal and allow the current tenant to extend their move out date by two months. They casually say that they’re sorry, and that your security deposit will be refunded. This was mine and my family’s experience with Central. They have cost us a ton of money in application fees, a ton of our time and effort, and my whole family is absolutely in tears because we have to start this whole process over again. I do not understand how this is legal, or how there is not a legal precedent for falsely advertising an apartment, but they have caused us a ton in undue stress and financial harm.

I am a new tenant as of less than a week ago, but I would be lying. If I said, this wasn’t the best apartment building I’ve ever lived in in my young adult life! I have met several residents who are very friendly, the management of the building is super accommodating, the space I live in is beautiful, and the amenities are life changing! So excited for the year ahead at Central Silver Spring.

Great and convenient location, friendly and professional staff and nice building with good amenities. They do a nice job of building upkeep, and it's always clean. There are plenty of businesses, cafes, grocery stores, and other necessities. Everything is super close and walkable.

The apartment, amenities, and staff are all wonderful. It is a bit pricey, but with a seasonal promotion, I think its reasonable. The most important things to me were the 24/7 concierge, package lockers, nice fitness room, and gated inside garage. Just be prepared that downtown is not quiet and there has been construction recently.
