DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Apartment was not ready when I moved it! Carpet wet and nasty Dishwasher doesn’t work! Put in several work orders still not complete! Previous tenants had trash in vents, placed work order to clean out! Still not done! Leak in ceiling never fixed! Brown spots on the ceiling now! Put in work order for that and no one still has come out!

Way to much!!
July 21, 2023
After loving into this apartment the stove didn’t work at all called and input a ticket for maintenance. After about a week it finally was fixed. Then the weather started getting very warm so turned on the AC didn’t work. Put in a ticket maintenance came and said they put some Freon in. It was cool for about a 8 hour period. The AC is still broken and anyone that knows anything about heating and air will tell you if a AC unit needs Freon it has a leak and replacement is needed. The office ...
has been called several times but the apartment is so uncomfortable it was 90 degrees last night! This place is way to expensive for broken appliances, everything should have been tested before anyone rented the unit. For the price of the rent everything should be working and I should not be uncomfortable. My suggestion is to move on and find another place to reside.

Poor management
November 10, 2022
The place is right off 161 and the panhandlers walk through the parking lot everyday. If they see you out they ask for money. They took the gates off the back patios so now there's no privacy or security on the spacious patio. The management responds faster to online comments than resident's concern. The dishwasher doesn't work. One nice thing is that maintenance people are friendly.

Horrible!

Don't live here! Non-existent management and maintenance will never fix anything. You have to call multiple times to have anyone show up. The real estate group who bought them recently are just looking to milk every penny out of you. My advice look somewhere else.

decent needs work+ dangerous neighborhood

Pros- spacious and finished basement, fast and respectful maintenance. Cons- neighbors have roaches and they keep coming over no matter what we do to get rid of them. They painted over water marks, half the cabinets don’t close all the way, doors get stuck and lock you in bathrooms. very outdated. Uneven floors. Holes in carpet. Bad caulk job everywhere in apartment. Overall it’s a decent place to live as long as you’re fine with it not looking nice, roaches, and the unsafe neighborhood!
