DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
December 7, 2023Apartment was not ready when I moved it! Carpet wet and nasty Dishwasher doesn’t work! Put in several work orders still not complete! Previous tenants had trash in vents, placed work order to clean out! Still not done! Leak in ceiling never fixed! Brown spots on the ceiling now! Put in work order for that and no one still has come out!Property Manager Responded

Way to much!!
July 21, 2023After loving into this apartment the stove didn’t work at all called and input a ticket for maintenance. After about a week it finally was fixed. Then the weather started getting very warm so turned on the AC didn’t work. Put in a ticket maintenance came and said they put some Freon in. It was cool for about a 8 hour period. The AC is still broken and anyone that knows anything about heating and air will tell you if a AC unit needs Freon it has a leak and replacement is needed. The office ...has been called several times but the apartment is so uncomfortable it was 90 degrees last night! This place is way to expensive for broken appliances, everything should have been tested before anyone rented the unit. For the price of the rent everything should be working and I should not be uncomfortable. My suggestion is to move on and find another place to reside.Property Manager Responded
