Quiet Community
May 25, 2025I have called CSW home for over a year now. It is central to anywhere in Charleston. That alone is great, but the community really fosters a feeling of community. Spacious One Bedroom

Great place to live
January 9, 2025I have loved living here so far! The maintenance staff is very helpful and friendly. I feel safe living here and the location is perfect. Not too far from downtown or the beach! The gym is not the most up-to-date but the pool in the summer is great. There are so many events to go to with food trucks and a chance to meet other residents. Though advertised and charged as 'luxury' apartments, promised upgrades to bring the place up to par with actual luxury apartments in the area seem to have been retracted. But that's not the worst of it. Management and maintenance do not check their own work. Much of it needs to be repeated, sometimes with great inconvenience to residents; some of it becomes an incredible safety hazard. And the worst aspect of work errors is that no one ever takes ...responsibility. That is a major problem. And what's most disheartening is that all of the issues around here could be avoided if someone, and I mean anyone at this point, would just take responsibility. As a resident, you will feel completely alone and helpless when you really need the services you pay for.
