March 12, 2019Moved my father moved in last month and it was the best decision ever! His apartment is gorgeous and has a washer and dryer in the unit. Love my apartment
February 22, 2019I have been very happy since moving into Centre Meadows. My apartment was in excellent condition when I moved in and the maintenance has been on top of all my issues since then. I'm so glad to not have to keep up a house anymore. I love the events that have been offered and have made some good friends here too. The gals in the office really try to help you get plugged in. It has been quiet in my room and I really like that I can have my meals delivered. Good job Centre Meadows!Review from Apartments.com
Rude office staff, not the amenities promised
September 7, 2016During the tour Centre Meadows seemed top of the line. WRONG From not having the correct keys to not being 100% Senior living this place was a huge mistake. Moved out after 4 months. The front office staff only supports you until you sign the lease. After that you can't find them to even get the right key to the front door. It's not quiet with the young people living there. The meals we were told were available only actually came 3 days a week. When we gave the required 60 days notice for ...medical reasons they came up with a list of bogus charges over 2 months after we moved out. Demanded payment in 7 days even though the charges were not substantiated and they kept our deposit. Please think long and hard before even considering this place. Not what it appears to be...
June 9, 2014This is supposed to be luxury living...NOT! At first it was a senior community...it was okay then. Now they are renting to a younger crowd...including families with babies. Now they have car stereos and people speeding through the parking lot. The parking is at a premium. They did put up visitor parking signs but never informed visitors about parking there so they are useless. It's supposed to be smoke free...not so! We couldn't open our windows because we got the smoke coming in. It wasn't a bad ...place to live but rules don't mean much!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Was a good start...
July 10, 2014This place is way too expensive for what it is. When it was just a senior complex it was fine. However, after signing a two year lease,for my father, under the idea of it being senior only; they changed the rules. Old Mgt team did a nice job; the new mgt is poor communication and does little to handle issues that occur. Mant. is poor, and for being a a new building, things are breaking fast. They have NEVER been able to address the issue of the water smelling like rotten eggs. When my father's ...two years are up; we are moving him. Don't move your parent(s) into this housing.
