Did not honor my signed lease
April 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comOnly giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. I signed a lease with Century Baxter and paid my deposit a few weeks ago. Now they're telling me I can't move into that unit despite already signing a lease. The current tenant initially gave them notice that they would not be renewing their lease but have now changed their mind. Would not trust them.Property Manager Responded

My only complaint is that it can be a bit loud on Thursday mornings when trash gets picked up, but the location is unbeatable and the amenities are solid. Super peaceful besides my upstairs neighbors:) they sound like their running a marathon with how loud there steps are when home, but everything else is amazing! Jessica was amazing helping me move in and make sure I was choosing the right spot for myself. Maeve is always sweet and helpful in the office and maintenance staff is quick to help out. I was a very stressed nursing student, but my apartment is something I never had to stress about. Any maintenance that I had was answered within 24 hours and resolved. Maeve and everyone in the office were so kind and I could just stop by the office at any time with questions or concerns. I hosted a few parties for my cohort in the clubhouse living room and we had a blast! Living at the Baxter made my experience so ...much better and easy.
