      Did not honor my signed lease

      Only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. I signed a lease with Century Baxter and paid my deposit a few weeks ago. Now they're telling me I can't move into that unit despite already signing a lease. The current tenant initially gave them notice that they would not be renewing their lease but have now changed their mind. Would not trust them.

      Love The Baxter and my apartment! My only complaint is that it can be a bit loud on Thursday mornings when trash gets picked up, but the location is unbeatable and the amenities are solid. The office staff is always super friendly and helpful and I’ve made a lot of good friends living here!

      Love this place!! The office and maintenance staff are impeccable, and the location and amenities are touch notch. Have lived here since November 2021, and absolutely no complaints. They are also super pet friendly, the pool and fitness center are clean, and parking is secure.

      I lived at the Baxter Apartments for almost 2 years when I stayed in Louisville. I was a very stressed nursing student, but my apartment is something I never had to stress about. Any maintenance that I had was answered within 24 hours and resolved. Maeve and everyone in the office were so kind and I could just stop by the office at any time with questions or concerns.       I moved here in August and so far it’s been pretty amazing, I mean it comes with a gym, parking garage (if you pay), movie theater, and the apartment it’s self is beautiful. I always move places after a year but I can’t wait to resign.
