Did not honor my signed lease
April 22, 2026Only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. I signed a lease with Century Baxter and paid my deposit a few weeks ago. Now they're telling me I can't move into that unit despite already signing a lease. The current tenant initially gave them notice that they would not be renewing their lease but have now changed their mind. Would not trust them.Property Manager Responded

My only complaint is that it can be a bit loud on Thursday mornings when trash gets picked up, but the location is unbeatable and the amenities are solid. The best location!!

Super peaceful besides my upstairs neighbors:) they sound like their running a marathon with how loud there steps are when home, but everything else is amazing! The pool, fitness gym, lounge, garage, and courtyard is great!" The Baxter is situated in such a. Great location. It’s a close commute to Indiana, but also so close to great restaurants and shopping stores on Bardstown Rd. There is beautiful neighborhoods around with historical homes, where I ...often take walks to enjoy nature! You’re also so close to the beautiful Cherokee Park. Great place to stay!
December 30, 2022I lived at the Baxter Apartments for almost 2 years when I stayed in Louisville. I was a very stressed nursing student, but my apartment is something I never had to stress about. Any maintenance that I had was answered within 24 hours and resolved. Maeve and everyone in the office were so kind and I could just stop by the office at any time with questions or concerns. I hosted a few parties for my cohort in the clubhouse living room and we had a blast! Living at the Baxter made my experience so ...much better and easy.
