June 30, 2025Great location. It’s near all the grocery stores and fast food spots. The parking policy is highly restrictive and reminds me of college dorms. There’s a lack of communication about using parking spots when work is being done.Property Manager Responded

June 13, 2025My car got stolen 2 weeks after moving into Century Millenia. Upon move in, the apartment’s walls, floors, bathtubs, sinks, and other surfaces were covered in paint and paint chips due to maintenance just painting over the problemsProperty Manager Responded
