I am actually a fairly new tenant, and I must say I have had a wonderful experience so far. Although I have had multiple issues during my 2 months here, my issues were fixed in a timely manner. They even sent the maintenance man out on a Sunday for me. He was so friendly, quick, and efficient with his job. Maintenance is on point with fixing issues in the apartments, and the Apartment Manager, Ashley, will work with you if you contact them in a timely manner.

Worst place to live. Maintenance is horrible and harasses you in your home. They moved me in with NO lock on my door and wouldn’t come fix it. There was always something wrong, including water leaks that would flood my kitchen and they refused to fix it. They moved me in with no heat or ac. And the electrical box was open with live wires everywhere. I broke my lease(paid in full for a full months rent for 1 weeks) then they tried making me pay thousands of dollars for eviction after I broke my ...

Been staying here since the new management company bought out the owners; and has been the worse rental experience ever! In the beginning I was always having some type of billing issue. Now I always have matienence issues an have to ask several times to get things done. Tenia, current office manager has the worst attitude and isn't very friendly. They are also keep going up on prices for "renovated" apartments that are rushed to get done, so there are alot of things you start to notice that was ...
done sloppy or in a rush. The trash cans or the grass and bushes; are always over flowing or looking a mess that you have to request someone to cut it. Just the overall experience, please find somewhere else where they will value you as a resident an you can enjoy coming home to.
