July 9, 2025Have been here for a few years now. Staff have been good and the crew that works around the complex are very kind. The dog ?? situation and the pool guests some times gets a little bit much but no real issues. I do think that they need a no pet space and a place for kids to play like a mini playground. July 1, 2025If I could give zero stars, I would. Do NOT live here. I was a resident for 3 years and dealt with constant issues. Disruptive neighbors, frequent calls to the non-emergency line, and serious safety concerns like a downstairs neighbor using an open-flame grill on a wooden porch. We stayed hoping new management would improve things, but it only got worse. The final straw was we paid $400 out of pocket for a professional deep clean before moving out, only to have $300 deducted from our deposit for ...supposed “pet stains” under the carpet. Our dog is crate-trained and has never had an accident. This place is unsafe, mismanaged, and they’ll nickel and dime you on the way out.Property Manager Responded

May 11, 2025It’s been a peaceful 3 years for the most part. Appliances have held up well. No issues with refrigerator or dishwasher etc. I do wish there was a playground or separate space for kids and picnics that can be accessed all week where dogs are not allowed to poop. I have seen a dog in the pool and pool area once, we should really have a better system for that. Not sure why we can’t sit or hangout in the pool area to do ping pong or sun bathe when they are cleaning the pool. Is there an option to ...cover it.
