August 8, 2022Do not let them lie to you still has roaches to this day!! I just moved in and they told me before signing they had no pest problems but not even a week in and I found out other wise!Property Manager Responded

Save your money do not rent
July 12, 2022The worst apt complex in Killeen great staff but terrible management. Delayed response on issues all they do is smoke cigarettes and take notes to do nothing. The complex has went down hill since the management change.Property Manager Responded

August 12, 2021Apartments are old and management is not very good. They are cheap with repairs. My apartment had a chemical smell from roof-work they had done, which was so bad it had me feeling light headed for weeks. The same company also left screws all over the parking areas here. Many residents got flat tires, and then their cars were towed for being "inoperable". Your car will get towed here, regardless of whether or not you have a parking permit. They make up reasons to meet a quota. Sanitization is also ...not a thing here. Dumpsters are located towards the back, so some residents leave their trash outside in random spots. Pool has been green since I moved in here 2 years ago. Cons: -Vehicle will be towed -potholes and screws litter parking lot -TRASH -Green Pool -Driveway Gates do not work, random people walk in and out -Hidden fees in contract adding at least $150 to stated monthly rentProperty Manager Responded

SUCKS!! RUNNNNN
May 24, 2021ROACH INFESTED OVER 8 months! SENT MULTIPLE ORDERS AND REQUESTS & they sprayed once only because the initial exterminator didn’t do anything he laid down stickers. I’m currently looking for somewhere else and I’m still my first year in with them . Do not bother.Property Manager Responded

Not a fan
March 31, 2021Yes so I’m a resident of here and I don’t know what’s going on with the front office. But everything is all over the place we get extra charges for no reason there are cockroaches and some plugs don’t even work I am going to collage and working full time I am 20 I don’t have time for this I could find a way better place in my opinion for the same price bc all of this is not worth it I am getting charges that I haven’t heard before it seems like the owners don’t know what they are doing and don’t ...care very much for residents feedbackProperty Manager Responded

Do not move here!
September 1, 2020Unless you want to live with roaches, outlet, and switches that do not work then do not move here! Issues are not resolved in a timely manner. The apartment was dirty on move-in day and newly painted walls had hair on them. I wish we had signed a shorter lease agreement because this place is horrible!Property Manager Responded

I would give 0 stars if I could.
June 14, 2020Do NOT live here. 1.) I've lived here since 12/19 and have submitted multiple work orders, they close them out saying they've been completed but they haven't been. 2.) You'd be paying for amenities that are inaccessible, or broken. 3.) Maintenance never gets done. 4.) The employees in the office are liars and give false information. 5.) They're have been multiple safety issues in the property that have gone without investigation. ( There was blood spatter, trails, and puddles all on the ...sidewalk. My car has been broken into, I've witnessed drug use, drug dealing, my mail gets stolen repeatedly.) All in all not a safe place to live.Property Manager Responded

Worst apartment I've lived at.
July 10, 2019the apartment did not provide me a new visitors tag when I renewed my lease resulting in my wife's vehicle being towed at my expense despite having my original visitors tag in it. The apartment complex will not stop charging me rent despite moving out with military orders. there are two pools one of which is open at a time the other one usually is green with algae. My air conditioning was broken for over 30 days despite submitting multiple work orders during the months of May and June of 2019 ...where temperatures were over 100 degrees outside. Additionally when you're trying to move out the apartment will not prorate your rent despite moving out early so keep that in mindProperty Manager Responded

Fun Place to Live with an AWESOME Staff!
June 25, 2019If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Renting here has been the best experience I've had so far! I ran into a couple of run ins here and there, but Martha, Sarina, and Stephanie helped me get everything together. I will be renewing again here! Not only do I love it, but my dog loves it here as well! The swimming pool is always clean and dog park is excellent for my dog to play in! June 21, 2019I just moved in this week and my air has been broke since. I'm pregnant and have a son with ashma but that doesn't matter. They haven't offered a fan, or a window unit. They keep sending maintenance men who apparently don't know what they are doing because my air is still broke. My apartment has reached 90 degrees. This is completely unacceptable. I feel like no one cares because they aren't the ones dealing with it. My advice don't come here.Property Manager Responded
