We had a good experience overall. The maintenance team Cezzar is very efficient and professional, and the leasing office manager Anu is very friendly and responsive. Always with a positive attitude and willingness to help!
The community is overall very safe, easy access many restaurants and grocery center, not too noisy and with good amenities. We enjoyed our time at Cezzane Apartment and would recommend it as a great place to live!

I stayed for about 7 months at this apartment complex in a 1B/1B, and have nothing but positive things to say about this place. I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment twice (stupidly!) and both times the management/maintenance was quick to help me out. Anu (building manager) and Cesar (maintenance person) were wonderful and easily accessible. Neighborhood felt extremely safe - I am a woman and lived by myself for the majority of the time and never felt concerned for my safety. The ...

We stayed for 2 years at Cezanne apartments, our 1st apartment when we moved to States. The apartment is designed very well. Location is best part of this community - restaurants, shops, banks, bus stops, spa etc. are at walking distance. Community manager "Anu" is very helpful and any issues/fixes/complaints are handled very efficiently.
It was a happy stay for us :)

I have stayed for 2+ years in Cezanne Apartments. My experience has been pretty nice. Anu (Property manager) has been nice every time I reached out to her with any concern/issue.
We had faced few issues(during first 2-3 months) after we moved in, but Anu took care of that and got it resolved.
The apartment is been maintained clean all the time.
I would recommend this place. Go for it.

Staying at this apartment complex( 1B/1B) 3rd floor, for close to 3 years now I can say it's one of the best apartment complexes one will find here in the Bay area.
1) Safe
2) Has an entry door( locked and safe)
3) Good amount of parking(open)
4) Close to Safeway, Sprouts, Indian stores, Ross, CVS, smaller stores.
5) Right on El Camino!
6) Great apartment manager- Anu- She is prompt with any issues that may arise, has a great maintainence guy- Ceazer who is friendly and stays within the ...
apartment complex to tend to any maintainence issues.
7) Laundry unit on each floor of apartment complex
8) Large open balcony.
9) Warm and friendly neighbours
10) Nice BBQ/pool area
11) ELEVATOR!
Of course since it is one of the old complexes issues may arise plumbing etc.But Anu and Ceazer are very quick to fix the issues!
I had to relocate to a different location based on my husband's job area, which is why I moved.
Otherwise this apartment is a win if you are looking for a decent priced, safe and location accessible place!!

The location of this apartment is perfect. It's right on elcamino with easy accessibility to public transport options such as VTA, Caltrain etc. There are so many grocery stores and shops nearby..What we liked about this aspect is that, we did not have to take car for every small thing. The management is awesome. Whenever we have issues, Anu has been super responsive and accommodative to our needs. Most units also come with a Patio that we really liked..The only disadvantage is the little bit of ...
traffic sound that you may hear once in a while since this place is right on Elcamino..But to us, it was a minor thing. Overall, this area is very safe andwe are so glad we found this place to call it our first home in California!:)

Although we stayed here just for 11 months and moved out as we had to relocate to a different city, our experience had been very nice. Especially I want to thank both Anu (property manager) and Ceaser (maintenance guy) for their efforts to make resident's stay pleasant.
Great location, well maintained apartments, not too big community, brand new appliances, very smooth move-out experience are only few things to mention.

I have lived here little over 2.5 years. Had to move out because of job location change otherwise it never came to our mind of moving out of this place. People were very nice made lot of friends here. My daughter liked this apartment very much she still ask me can we go back to this place. Have very spacious patio, mine was kind of covered felt like a additional room there. Loved view of El Camino from patio. I liked the unit layout. Maintenance requests were taken care promptly. Insane rent increase

Rent increase is insane without any reason no remodeling no in unit washer dryer then for what ? Just because it's located on El Camino real ? After lease completion they increased 15% for month to month option. 10% for 6 months and 5% for signing new lease. I agree location is great but there are many options in terms for comfort and renovated apartment.

I lived here for 2 Years and this apartment is one of the best.Very near to Safeway,Grocery, Public Transport, Parks. Very Lively place. Anu(Manager) and her team is excellent. They respond to any service request within hours and get the work done. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
