Quiet with nice neighbors - Good Property Management
May 16, 2024Its a beautiful place. We like the quiet and our very nice neighbors! Over years, the management keeps up the property very well, very consistently. The lawns , and landscaping are relly impeccable and well-maintained all year round. The pool is beautiful , clean, and well-maintained daily during the swimming season. Theres a gym at athe clubhouse, and if you're a Champion Club resident you can rent the clubhouse. All the dumpsters have an enclpsure which looks really nice and hides the ...bin. There's a hero proprty-management team, Amanda and John, who really care about the residents. and the upkeep. Reccomend living here very highly! You'll love it.Property Manager Responded

A Good place to rent, nice staff
December 30, 2023Well this has been a great experience this year as a resident when a new property manager, Lauren began working here at Champion Club Apartments. And her maintenance team has been also a very pleasant, professional experience. Landscaping always "up to par", and one can tell, this management really cares about the taking care of the residents here, Residents here have always been very nice neighbors who say hello to one another. Wonderful Maintenance
March 11, 2020Ive never had such wonderful maintenance anywhere I have lived. No matter how big or small the work order is its always done in the proper amount of time. Quiet
September 10, 2018I just moved in and so far I have not had any problem they're still doing the renovations the hallways need to be completed however it's still very nice apartment. The bedrooms are very large the living room nice size as well the kitchen everything brand-spanking-new beautiful fixtures I like this place the only thing I don't like so far is that the front door stay still has the peephole with nothing in it which means there's a little hole in each door you have to stick something in as I said ...they're still working on it but so far I'm pleased.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
