April 29, 2024We been dealing with managers changing for the third time and nothing gets Fix. The gate has not been working over a few months. Place is so unsafe cars get broken into I’m so disappointed with everythingReview from Apartments.com
No happy
June 2, 2023I have been here for 2 months, the maintenance is terrible, the elevator has not worked for 8 months, the grill has been under maintenance for months, the pool is closed for 7 days due to a filter, it is my worst experience, the buildings do not have many years of construction but They are built with lousy materials, you complain and they feel offended and they don't give you a solution, they just say I'm sorry.Property Manager Responded

Great Experience
May 30, 2022I’ve been wanting to leave this review because so often we leave bad reviews and I believe more praises need to be acknowledged. I was apartment hunting and came across Champions Vue where I felt very welcomed from the staff from the beginning. Dolly was AMAZINGGG. Her personality and service was over and beyond . I was completely bummed the apartment I wanted was not available but I would definitely recommend this place!!!Property Manager Responded

Double standards
January 1, 2021This community asks that you wear a mask to tour the community and a sign is posted on the door however, upon entering none of the staff are wearing masks and are talking with each other and in each other’s faces. So it’s just weird they expect you to wear one but don’t practice what they preach. Because if this I felt uncomfortable for my tour which is a shame because the community looks like a nice place to live. Oddly enough they are more worried about taking DNA tests of your dog so they can ...compare any poop laying around that pet owners don’t pick up. If they cared about the health of the residents as much as CSI tests on dog poop this could have been a better option.Property Manager Responded

Silver fish
December 12, 2020This is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. Before My husband and I moved staff were very nice, apartment looked great and we loved the community . Then we moved in and realized it’s all just a look! The apartment is full of silver fish, it lives all over my apartment underneath the walls, in the cabinets, ceiling . They sent me pest control 4 times, it disappears for a couple of weeks then it comes back worst. I gave up so I hired my own pest control he came in twice , same thing !! Now I ...have silver fish all over my cloths, shoes, furniture. And today I found one in my baby’s bassinet and that’s what had me !! Do not live in this place!!Property Manager Responded

Unfair
August 14, 2019Poor care taking of amenities, poor communication to residents for issues regarding use of amenities, unfair treatment for residents for example; one resident invited 20 people for a pool party and the entire complex was punished, also a member of the staff has consistently yelled and talked down to residents as if they were a child. Prefer to be treated as a human and live in a place recognized as a community. I'm only wanted here as a resident for my rent checks.Property Manager Responded

Champions Vue Apartments
July 29, 2018I am giving this a two stars because we were all set and ready to move in and they had to move the move-in date back because their inspections didn’t get approved. This apartment won’t do the right thing and refund you any money because you can’t push back the date you want to move-in. To me that says that they won’t go out of their way for their residents or have any customer service.
