I was apartment hunting and came across Champions Vue where I felt very welcomed from the staff from the beginning. Dolly was AMAZINGGG. Her personality and service was over and beyond . Double standards
January 1, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThis community asks that you wear a mask to tour the community and a sign is posted on the door however, upon entering none of the staff are wearing masks and are talking with each other and in each other’s faces. So it’s just weird they expect you to wear one but don’t practice what they preach. Because if this I felt uncomfortable for my tour which is a shame because the community looks like a nice place to live. Oddly enough they are more worried about taking DNA tests of your dog so they can ...compare any poop laying around that pet owners don’t pick up. Silver fish
December 12, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThis is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. Before My husband and I moved staff were very nice, apartment looked great and we loved the community . Then we moved in and realized it’s all just a look! The apartment is full of silver fish, it lives all over my apartment underneath the walls, in the cabinets, ceiling . They sent me pest control 4 times, it disappears for a couple of weeks then it comes back worst. I gave up so I hired my own pest control he came in twice , same thing !! August 14, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comPoor care taking of amenities, poor communication to residents for issues regarding use of amenities, unfair treatment for residents for example; one resident invited 20 people for a pool party and the entire complex was punished, also a member of the staff has consistently yelled and talked down to residents as if they were a child. July 29, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI am giving this a two stars because we were all set and ready to move in and they had to move the move-in date back because their inspections didn’t get approved. This apartment won’t do the right thing and refund you any money because you can’t push back the date you want to move-in.
