GORGEOUS COMMUNITY!!
May 24, 2019Champions Walk is a fantastic place to call home! The maintenance staff completes work orders quickly and the office staff is always so polite and eager to help you. The amenities are great too! I've never heard of a property having a private bike share. I've only seen them in the St.Pete area. I love the convenient location. Derelict central and unsafe and unsupervised
December 2, 2017There are derelicts hanging around appartments . They place empty Sherrif Cars in parking lot but they all know there is no supervision. Agents not there on weekend and there is free for all in pool all kinds of rift raff. Pool closed for a week do to poor cleanliness of pool. The AC did not work for days had to sleep on floor with refrigerator door open.They rented to us saying it was connected to IMG academy it is not. there is a gate keeping you out of IMG. There are many more complaints but I ...would most definitely not rent at Champions Walk there are many more horror stories of this complex . Rented 3bedroom apartment for over 2 years.
July 6, 2017Firstly, the people who run this place could care less about you "The Tennant" nor do the care if your AC is older than Roman empire. We suffered through brutal summers here where the AC unit would die and blow warm air and the only answer maintenance had...Cleaning the coils. The unit clearly needed a new HVAC system to properly cool down the apartment. We complained about the issue for over 2 years and not a thing was done ( except coil cleaning) The bathroom sink constantly clogged up and the ...toilets also tended to clog routinely. Our neighbors below constantly smoked pot and sold drugs from home (Another thing we mentioned to the management team) Nothing was done about that. Slum living @ first class prices!
July 11, 2016Appliances are all bottom of the line junk. Even if new are not very nice. Air conditioners ( when they work!) are antiques and not energy efficient. Water/trash bill is outrageous, no way as a single person did I ever use $60 worth! Place is noisy sounded like a herd of elephants lived upstairs and you could hear the washing machine at 12:00 midnight. The current management rents to anyone and its gone down hill. A Good Place to Live Convenient to all Stores
February 2, 2016We didn't know what to expect moving into a new place. We needed an apt for a few months while our house was being built. We live in Bldg 16, across from the Tennis Courts. We have found it to be very quiet even though there are 3 families around us. All the office managers are very helpful and polite (Brittany, Nancy, Norm and Sheila). We have found that any time we put in a Maintenance request, it is honored within 24 - 48 hours and repaired correctly. They have a decent Maintenance staff. Avoid!!!!
January 30, 2015I've been here since October 2014 and HATE IT!! The maintenance staff is nothing but lazy! When I first signed my lease there were stains on the wall, I requested they paint the stains before I moved in, they said they would have it taken care of. Two weeks pass and it was time for me to move in, stains were still there, it took 3 weeks after that for something to get done. I just had an issue with the fridge, a piece broke, it's taken two months for them to get anything done about it, and that ...was because I had to keep calling and requesting maintenance requeststo come fix it. I've gotten nothing but nastiness from the office manager because I requested that someone calls before they come out because I have two little ones that nap during the day.
