Overall worth it
May 21, 2024I’ve lived here for 2 years and just renewed for a third. I’ve appreciated that rent didn’t skyrocket with each renewal offer so that I don’t have to keep moving. Overall it’s been a great experience. The complex is clean and the size of the apartment is worth the price. The pool is nice and the location is close to a ton of shopping. The only cons are the occasional roach which can happen anywhere and there have been a few car break-ins and thefts.Property Manager Responded

Not worth the price
October 19, 2022This place is not worth the high rent. There are way too many huge roaches the size of an adult thumb running around. The whole complex is infested with them. The walls are paper thin and the customer service is poor. After I finally left, I was promised my deposit and still haven't received it after more than 3 months. If you're seeing a lot of great reviews on this place, they're more than likely paid for or fake.Property Manager Responded

We want our residents to feel supported and taken care of at our community. The deposit was initially sent the same month you moved out, then we got notification that the address the check was sent to was incorrect. At that time, we sent another check. A few weeks after, we were contacted advising of a third/newer address. After our discussion with you this week, we have processed another check and made sure the address the check is going to is correct. Please do not hesitate to contact our office if you have any other questions or concerns.
