The communication here is horrible. I have children and moved into an apartment with multiple issues, including the A/C not working, and it felt like management had no sense of urgency whatsoever. I had to constantly email, call, follow up, and basically chase people for answers.
What makes it worse is being told things that did not match what actually happened. I was given timeframes for things that didn’t happen, told the apartment had been cleaned when the condition I walked into said ...
otherwise, and even my account ledger had things on it that I had to question.
Reaching out to corporate wasn’t any better. I sent emails explaining everything I was dealing with and asking for help, and still couldn’t get a real resolution.
When you have a family, you expect the place you’re paying to live to actually care when something is wrong. That has NOT been my experience here.
Document EVERYTHING, keep your receipts, and get everything in writing. I definitely would not rent here again.
