July 2, 2024I absolutely loved the 3 years I spent with the management team here. Annabel was especially amazing. She’s very prompt to respond and on top of her work. The property is huge, it looks like so much to manage, and they do such a great job. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I appreciate you! Bugs, Leaks and Feral Cats Galore
November 15, 2022Relatively small apartments with very little storage space. The appliances aren’t very high quality whatsoever. The A/C units are prone to leaking, especially when the Summer temps roll in. There is also a roach infestation that has gotten worse as I’ve lived here. You’ll also find a small herd of feral cats that call this place home, which can lead to some terrifying noise at night.Property Manager Responded

Roach Infestation
October 21, 2022This place is horrible. So many roaches. No matter how clean you are and how much bug spray you go through you’ll never get rid of them. Absolutely disgusting. Every time I go into my kitchen and turn the lights on at night I see at least 20 on the counters on the floors, EVEN SOME TRYING TO GET INTO MY FRIDGE. We struggle to be as clean as possible but nothing stops them. NOT WORTH IT. Avoid at all costs.Review from Apartments.com
Poor Service most importantly
May 16, 2020I would never recommend living here unless your situation is desperate. For the price, at the very least you expect good service. Leasing agents are terrible service representatives. In the 2 years that I leased with them, they never once responded to a service call in a timely manner. I always had to call multiple times. They always took days and sometimes weeks to fix things. We had multiple issues with roof LEAKS, BEES and hives on the patio. We could not go outside for DAYS due to swarms of ...bees on patio. When our lease ENDED and EXPIRED, as a tenant I gave a 30 days notice that I would be moving and not renewing the lease. They sent me a bill for a WHOLE additional MONTH of rent after I moved out because I only gave 30 DAYS notice instead of the supposed requested 60 days even though the lease agreement EXPIRED. The units are super small, way overpriced, have NO STORAGE whatsoever and most importantly POOR POOR service. “Hot” Tubs Not
October 19, 2019There are signs here stating, “hot tubs are non-heated ‘kiddie’ pools.” I live here and the grounds look nothing like the pictures. It’s misleading to highlight the hot tubs that are non-functional; a real health hazard in the Summer and without heat they are unusable in the Winter. Pools aren’t maintained well, you can’t smell chlorine, which is good but bad. Btw, kiddie pools are designed for children and involve shallow water, hot tubs with or without hot water are NOT!Review from Apartments.com

March 29, 2018After a friend of mine lost money in application fees searching for the right apartment home, so she decided to give these a try. Upon entrance to the office, she described a warm and happy feeling as she was greeted by a team member. The management was friendly, helpful, accommodating, truthful, and understanding.
