Needed a short-term apartment this past summer for work and I'm so happy we found Chaparral Apartments to be our home for a little while! The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfect! This is the best/first apartment I had the pleasure of renting from. Being in the military I can’t drop what I’m doing so its nice that they make the starting process available online. They also have it set to where you can put in work orders online as well which I found to be very beneficial. They handle all of my few issues quickly and the staff is super friendly and polite, especially the office manager she is the sweetest lady on earth and makes her tenants a number one priority in my ...

I am writing about the Chaparral Apts in Leesville, La. SO glad I found this complex. Super attentive staff-rapid responses to any maintenance needs-I have had almost zero needs and only Very minor. Pool is great and the entire place has a very relaxed casual feel. Traffic noise ZERO really. The laundry and mail rooms are immaculate with plenty of machines available at any hour. The workout room is a nice feature as well. Finally, the location is awesome-right in the middle of all that Leesville ...
