I have lived here for over 5+ years and in the last 2 I have noticed the decline in property management and “resort style” living. Maintenance can take between 1 hour to 3 days for something simple to be taken care of, complaints / issues of concern being brought up to the office don’t get taken serious nor given proper follow up, the front never answers their phones. been switched to a new company, it has slowly been going downhill and I don’t recommend anyone moving in, I’ve seen newer residents leave within 6 months to a year. We have more people coming through digging in the dumpsters at all times in the night / morning, residents that harass other residents in small spaces like the laundry rooms and violently close the washer and dryer doors thus making them unusable and limiting the amount available in an already small room, and residents that do not pick up after themselves especially around the pool areas, and that don’t pick up after their pets. There has been an increase in dog waste all over the grassy areas, bags are provided and waste bins yet most newer residents do not utilize.
