Had to leave early but enjoyed the stay
August 13, 2022Moved here in April from our of state. After residing here for about 4 months, my wife was offered a great opportunity for career advancement which has forced us to break our 18 month lease. I explained this to the managers but as I agreed to their terms in the lease I signed, I was required to pay a fee and cover 2 months of rent from the moment I informed them. Obviously, throwing away money isn’t ideal but I can’t blame them for the penalties I faced when I’m choosing to break my lease. March 28, 2020If you want to live somewhere that you’ll feel safe, appreciated & like you’re not wasting your time, do not live here. Management sucks, lease is completely ridiculous, no maintenance, new employees (bug, trash, maintenance men) literally all the time. May 10, 2017I have had nothing but great experiences when dealing with this apartment complex. The staff was very helpful when showing me apartments, the application process was seamless and easy! My favorite part is the gym. Great workout equipment and I am able to workout in peace vs going to a bigger gym. Great Area
May 10, 2017The apartments are HUGE! I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment in Montgomery that was under 1000 sq ft. I relocated to Wetumpka and found Chapel Lakes and it has been wonderful! The staff is very hands on and friendly. The grounds are always clean and taken care of. The dog park is a bonus so I can let my 80 pound dog run around, the people that live in my building are very quiet. Couldn't have asked for a better experience so far!Review from Apartments.com

November 10, 2015Living at chapel lakes is GREAT! The staff has shown me nothing but hospitality. The apartments are very nice and the three bedrooms are as big as some homes. My favorite part about living at chapel lakes was that the buses drop the kids off right up front! I didn't have to go through the hassle of picking up or dropping off my kids and waiting in school traffic. Not to mention the high school and elementary school are both right around the corner. Anyone looking to rent in the area I would ...certainly suggest chapel lakes to. They also allow pets and don't have a weight restriction which is very hard to find these days! Rent a House!
July 20, 2014For the money for a two or three bedroom - rent a house! The walls and flooring are so thin and have zero sound proof! If you live in a downstairs apartment you will hear every move the people above you make! Walking sounds like bowling balls!
