Moved here in April from our of state. After residing here for about 4 months,
my wife was offered a great opportunity for career advancement which has forced us to break our 18 month lease. I explained this to the managers but as I agreed to their terms in the lease I signed, I was required to pay a fee and cover 2 months of rent from the moment I informed them. Obviously, throwing away money isn’t ideal but I can’t blame them for the penalties I faced when I’m choosing to break my lease. Thank ...

If you want to live somewhere that you’ll feel safe, appreciated & like you’re not wasting your time, do not live here. Management sucks, lease is completely ridiculous, no maintenance, new employees (bug, trash, maintenance men) literally all the time. I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy.

Can’t say enough great things about the office staff and the maintenance crew. They all go out of their way to always say hi and just all around a great bunch of people.
This area is very quiet and I can say it’s they best complex I’ve ever stayed in. Very roomy. Much larger than most apartments in the Tri county region. Love it here

I have had nothing but great experiences when dealing with this apartment complex. The staff was very helpful when showing me apartments, the application process was seamless and easy! My favorite part is the gym. Great workout equipment and I am able to workout in peace vs going to a bigger gym. I've lived in several different apartment complexes over the years and Chapel Lakes has by far been my best experience!

The apartments are HUGE! I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment in Montgomery that was under 1000 sq ft. I relocated to Wetumpka and found Chapel Lakes and it has been wonderful! The staff is very hands on and friendly. The grounds are always clean and taken care of. The dog park is a bonus so I can let my 80 pound dog run around, the people that live in my building are very quiet. Couldn't have asked for a better experience so far!

I've lived in a few different apartment complexes, and Chapel Lakes is by far my FAVORITE! From the huge bedrooms to the great layout, it's almost like you're not in an apartment at all! The office staff is helpful and prompt. It's in a nice central location to Montgomery, Prattville & Millbrook! If you're in the tricounty area, don't pass up this place!

Living at chapel lakes is GREAT! The staff has shown me nothing but hospitality. The apartments are very nice and the three bedrooms are as big as some homes. My favorite part about living at chapel lakes was that the buses drop the kids off right up front! I didn't have to go through the hassle of picking up or dropping off my kids and waiting in school traffic. Not to mention the high school and elementary school are both right around the corner. Anyone looking to rent in the area I would ...
certainly suggest chapel lakes to. They also allow pets and don't have a weight restriction which is very hard to find these days! Over all AWESOME place to live.

For the money for a two or three bedroom - rent a house!
The walls and flooring are so thin and have zero sound proof! If you live in a downstairs apartment you will hear every move the people above you make! Walking sounds like bowling balls!
There is a new maintenance man every three months and rarely do any of them get anything right.
Management however is really nice.
