Absurd that you charge for a parking space and when life happens, and a rental car is needed you will not allow the renter to park the rental car in a spot that they are paying for monthly! Shame on you CR. Just another on the long list !

WORST COMPLEX IN CHAPEL HILL

The number of roaches/waterbugs in this complex is shameful and disgusting, and it reflects the neglect management has for its property and residents. These bugs are huge (the size of my index finger). I've never seen them this big inside a home in my 19 years of living. They claim to spray every Thursday. However, I've never seen anyone spray; I'm usually home every Thursday. Living here has been a nightmare for me and honestly, everyone that I know that lives here. DO NOT LIVE HERE

They Will Drain You

Utilities no longer included and they are severely overcharging college students. You have to pay $17 PER DAY each visitor you have that comes to see you, then they towed my own car as a resident which I had to pay to get back with no reimbursement. Cockroaches, mold, management who could care less about you, etc. Not a good choice and you can definitely find better in Chapel Hill!

They will take your money no matter the cost

Dont give them your money. Over charge students who dont know any better. Charged me for a late move-out w/o after poor communication, challenged it and literally signed an agreement to drop the charges, and they STILL filed with collections, claiming they never signed it, and damaged my credit score permanently. All they want is your money.

All utilities included is super convenient!

Chapel ridge includes power, water, parking, and WiFi in the monthly bill, which most other apartment complexes near do not! This makes it PERFECT for first time renters! Lots of amenities too, such as the game room, pool, gym, and 3 sports courts.
