The manager works hard to ensure that the community here stays safe, neat, and in order. The Office Representative is both kind and is thorough in making sure that if there is ever an issue, it will be taken care of immediately. If anything ever needs to be fixed in the apartment, the Maintenance crew fixes the problem fast and their work is of high quality. I've truly enjoy living here. Not to mention that ...it's in a great location. Walmart is down the street; as well as the access road to the high way. It's been a blessing thus far living here at Chaple Ridge!Read More

The management team here is very friendly and they take care of maintenance requests quickly. Our neighbors are very sweet and we have had no bad experiences in our nine months here so far. I would recommend Chapel Ridge to family renters looking for an affordable and safe place to live. They do cover water and (as far ...as I know,) are renovating each apartment as tenants move out - which means fresh new carpet for you and your family! They’ve made a lot of positives changes!! As a single mother of two my biggest concern is safety and a suitable living environment. I’ve gone from living in hell to actually liking my little community. No bugs, no children running crazy damaging cars, and I don’t have to wait weeks to get anything done. My only complaints are people driving ...reckless, throwing trash out their cars, and not picking up after their dogs. Other than that, Chapel Ridge is a great place to call home!! Not only was carpet never replaced as promised the ceiling was patched 5 times in 1 year in the same very large spot. constant water leaks. This place needs serious repair and new owners are just just covering up with new paint. If you live down stairs you will hear every foot step from above apartment. Kids there go around knocking on peoples door ...constantly and then running off. Several complaints made and management makes no effort to resolve. Horrible place to live!!Read More
