August 7, 2013Chapel Valley Townhomes is the best place for clean relaxing living. I have lived here for 11 years and don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon. Use to be Perry Hall's best kept secret but not anymore. I tell everyone about this community. Great for raising kids and fun for kids.
