the apartments are overpriced for their sizes. these are not luxury apartments but priced the same as one. maintenance has a high turn-over of employees. my refrigerator has not been working properly and management knew about it for 2 months and nothing has been done. now 1 week before the holiday the freezer is completely dead and the food is defrosted. called corporate twice on the issue of the broken refrigerator after already talking to maintenance 4 times. property manager not on site when ...

Trash always piled up, lots of traffic in and out, manager is not very professional, (no fault of maintenance)but It takes a while to get things done.... put in a complaint when I moved in 3 years ago but has never been taken care of... seems like they are letting just anyone live here now....
