Train services are in close proximity also, with the Brandeis/Roberts commuter rail only a five-minute walk and the Riverside MBTA station only a five minute drive by car. A swimming pool is available onsite. Laundry facilities are centrally located in close proximity to each apartment. Heat is by gas and included in the rent, as well as hot water, two parking spaces and storage in the attic. Swimming pools are on site and memberships are available to tenants. Fantastic property for young working professionals
February 13, 2024Was a resident at Charlesbank Estates in Waltham, MA for over 2 years and had nothing but great memories! 24/7 on call maintenance staff was always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Quiet place and calm neighborhood for young working professionals. Outdoor pool during the summer was also a huge perk. Spacious units and couldn't have asked for a better apartment community complex. Upkeep of the grounds was perfection and communication with all tenants was top tier.
