mice mice mice mice
August 10, 2022Charlestown Apartments has mice. They do nothing to get rid of them but put down traps. All the townhomes have mice especially downstairs. Do not move here !!!!!!Property Manager Responded

LOOOOVE IT
October 5, 2021This apartment complex is amazing! Smack dab in the middle of everything from the Middletown area to a quick drive to Bardstown road, you really couldn't ask for a better location. The staff are amazing and really care about making sure that you feel secure and welcome. I would really recommend this property to anyone, I've been here for a couple of years now and through the pandemic they really did go above and beyond making me feel even more at home!!! -----Diana and Natalie are the best!!Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
September 8, 2021I lived at Charlestown for over 4 years and it’s an excellent place to live. Management and maintenance are always friendly and accommodating to any needs I had in the townhome. Excellent Location! Great Value!
August 31, 2021After renting a one bedroom for the past year, I have nothing but great things to say about the team and complex at Charlestown of Douglass Hills! The property is very affordable for the area and the office staff are always welcoming and accommodating. I only had to reach out maintenance one time and they responded within the hour! don’t move here
July 16, 2021Once i had move in the apartment for good and everything was fine but after two months of living here i have been catching mice over and over and the apartment does nothing about it ! They tell you to put mice traps down and that’s about all … if you live here just don’t live on the first floor ! Decent price but that’s about all .Property Manager Responded

There’s No Place Like Home
May 18, 2019Home is where you make it and this was a wonderful choice for my family. Safe, accommodating, reliable, and personal made our five years happy ones at Charlestown. Having a pool in the summer and a short walk to the park we’re added bonuses in addition to other great perks, especially proximity to schools, churches, and freeway access.
