March 7, 2024Currently a resident here, whenever you have a complaint or something wrong it’s never their fault they will Blame you. Towed my car for NO REASON. Damaged the front end with the company they used. & never refunded me money for grocery’s that I had to throw away due to them breaking my fridge. First day moving in my base boards fell off and my stove didn’t work. Walls are super thin so you can hear any type of music or animals, also they’ll set a time for maintenance but you’ll be stuck waiting ...around all day long cause they can’t stick to a time frame. Close to many good restaurants. A very nice clubhouse. Very nice environment with friendly neighbors. And most importantly the absolute best management team ever, Vanessa and Lisa. July 23, 2022Water in our garage, water coming in our front door, water floods the breezeway, huge cracks in our breezeway that they tried covering and painting. our floor in kitchen in sinking, the kitchen cabinet door hits the light in the ceiling, the pool is crap with chunks of concrete breaking off, my daughter cut her foot. There’s no door on the shower and water goes everywhere, no water pressure in our shower and they tell us to change the shower head. Pond is mosquito infested. The people trying to ...run this place are in Indiana and now trying to sell this place. Pawn their crap construction off to someone else. Misled, Misrepresentation, Un-Professional
July 8, 2022Last week around June 29th, 2022 I went with my wife and son to look at a apartment in Charlotte Commons Apartments and was introduced to only employee seemed to be working there Lisa, she was very pleasant with us (professional con actually) explained different apartments 2-3 bedrooms in which we decided on a 2 bedroom. Okay now the on boarding process which requires a background check and credit check with a fee for that $375. Lisa called her supervisor Jaime who appears to be in another state ...which is strange Oklahoma? in which she put me on speaker and required I pay the $375 up front via writing my account and routing down on paper in which they would process it then promise to shred my info, seemed bit suspicious to me but it was a complex I proceeded. well days go by actually a week and have had to call several times for the lease to be even sent to us for signature. 2 days before supposedly move in date Wednesday July 6, 2022. Now on Tuesday the 5th get a call now from Lisa again well you're credit isn't good we require $4000 up front to move in not including the $375 but there is a $225 credit that gets credited at move in. Well after hearing that my wife and I do not want this apartment anymore seems too many suspicious scams going on here. Now we do not get 2 months free technically since we are paying a deposit and a half to move in what happened to the "special" 2 months free and "special" $225 goes towards move in. My wife calls Lisa in which she explained well you might be able to get the $200 credit back shell have her supervisor again Jaime call me, She calls me now is basically like tough luck we held your apartment place in line. Really? after calling several times and not getting a response for days sometimes or a lease sent a week later. We did not even sign the lease and her response well Lisa explained things wrong? how is this my problem? BEWARE of this complex!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
