Potential rental for my father Bailey was phenomenal. I reached out because I want to relocate my father who is in need of much more assistance. It's a complicated thing with Social Security and things like that and the staff there bent over backwards to help me facilitate a hold on an apartment which I hope my father will be able to move into. The grounds are just beautiful. And the price was surprisingly decent

Refrigerator and Floor Repair My Kitchen floor was replaced and they did a great job. The maintenance person that fixed my refrigerator was awesome! It was leaking. He removed everything from the freezer and fixed the leak. After he finished, he put everything back in the freezer. My daughter and I were extremely impressed, because we never had maintenance do anything like that. I wasn't home and my daughter did not get his name. Let him know that he is one of the best maintenance people ...

Many Repairs I had a screen door that wouldn't lock, broken blind slats, a leaking tub with a crack, a missing doorstop, recaulking that was needed in the bathroom and kitchen, and broken cabinets. They did a great job with eveything, but I am not fond of the cabinet repair. It's not broken, but it doesn't look good. That could be a me thing, but I stand firm. All of the other repairs they did were really good. I got a new shower/tub and a new floor in the bathroom, and it looks great. They did ...

Absolutely the worst living conditions you'll ever be thrown into. They will show you a "fake" apartment and say it's like yours, but when you move in, it'll be a smaller, smelly, dirty apartment with mold in the closets, cupboards, and windows. Even the ceiling is filled with cracks.
