Along with your beautiful new home you have access to our many amenities such as an estate style swimming pool with sunning deck, tennis court, private fitness center, basketball court and playground. Charter Oaks is spread over 10 plus acres with beautiful landscaping and picturesque views that create a natural and peaceful environment. We are pet friendly up to 25lbs (additional monthly fees apply). Maintenance staff is always prompt and courteous and available 24/7.
