Bad management
February 2, 2021The property is now managed by the REMM Group and it's almost all bad. The owner of the property let it decline and is thrifty. The new management comes in and passes all the cost along to the tenants since the owner let the place run down. Avoid renting unless you want an overpriced apartment will a lot of extra costs. The management literally charges you a fee for charging you a fee. If it sounds confusing, any bill from REMM Group will clear it up for you. You will pay out of pocket for all ...utilities, a few prorated ones like water and trash but you'll have to dish extra money for other people don't care to conserve water since they won't put in individual unit water meters.
