No Parking, Poor Management
April 4, 2023One parking spot per apartment. Office will tell you to park down the street on a lot they don't own, which got the cops involved and almost caused multiple cars to be towed. Central apartments, ie ones not on the corners, are so small they are unlivable. I was unable to put any of my cooking supplies in the cupboards. Pots and pans have nowhere to fit in the cupboards. Don't be fooled by how shiny and new everything is. I would NOT recommend living here. There's a reason they have such a high ...turnover and always have open apartments.Property Manager Responded

Parking is awful. Management is not responsible.
August 23, 2021Chase courtyard is awful. They do not offer sufficient parking. Good luck finding any parking after 7pm any night of the week. I am stuck parking down the road and they break into these cars all the time. I’ve had my car broken into 3 times because I’m forced to park on this street. They will instruct you to park here when they are full.Property Manager Responded

Left apartment spotless and got no deposit back
July 14, 2020After moving in to a studio, they promised we could get a one bedroom within a month, after jerking us around for 4 months, we were finally able to get into a one bedroom, it was very disorganized and difficult. Upon moving out they didn’t refund any of our $400 security deposit and charged us $135 for additional cleaning even though we left the place spotless, very disappointed as we took great care of the place. Also, for the price the apartments are small.Property Manager Responded
