If I could leave less than 1 star I would as well
March 10, 2023Completely a rip off. This place is old and nasty and the staff try to sucker you out of every penny they can while not providing any of the amenities they are said to offer. Apartments are way outdated and full of bugs and spidersProperty Manager Responded
March 16, 2023Hi, We’re disappointed by your feedback and are sorry your experience has been less than excellent. We strive to work in a spirit of excellence and with integrity. We are very transparent from application through move out about our policies and what our rates and fees are. All amenities that are advertised are available for residents use. If they are not available for any reason, such as for cleaning or maintenance, residents are notified with signs and by email. Be sure to opt in to receive email and texts so that you don't miss notifications. We are sorry that you have experienced bugs and spiders in your apartment. While not a continuous issue, you may occasionally encounter a bug or spiders because we are across the street from the lake. Pest control is offered for free and is onsite every Friday. You can just call or submit your request through your resident portal, and we will add your apartment to the schedule for treatment. We were built in 1974 and our apartments may ...have some character.' All apartments have updated appliances, flooring and fixtures. We have onsite maintenance available for repairs. We’d appreciate the chance to go over your concerns and appropriate solutions so please contact us at 615-361-4161 or email me at manager.chasecove@freemanwebb.com.. May 27, 2017This neighborhood is dangerous and the staff and management do nothing to keep the residents safe. They are not prompt when you have maintenance requests it can take over 2 months for them to complete one request. I would never recommend Chase Cove Apartments to anyone!Review from Apartments.com
Brown recluse spiders
July 15, 2016My apartment had an infestation of brown recluse spiders. Every week, I saw spiders. I'm terrified of spiders and after several months of pest control, nothing has helped. I ended up paying thousands just to terminate my lease to get away. I did not feel safe at all. One bite from those things can send you to the hospital, but the staff and management company did not care. This experience will always be my lasting memory of Nashville. Serene and Quiet
August 18, 2015We are relocating to Nashville and chose Chase Cove apartments for several reasons: they have nice and informative staff, it is located close to nature and a stones throw from the lake, it's close to Nashville living but away from the headache of traffic. New to the area
August 14, 2015my husband and I got married this past April and I recently moved up here from GA. I love our apartment! It's a great size, the maintenance crew is amazing (always friendly and work super fast to resolve any and all issues), we are right by the lake, and in quiet little area. I love it!
