December 5, 2024When ever I have an issue, the staff takes care of things right away. When I first moved in I had numerous issues. I almost lost my patience but they handled everything. Most recently my refrigerator failed. I went to the office and Dasia contacted maintenance and took care of it.Property Manager Responded

September 27, 2024Mouse infestation in my apartment since 7/2023. Please keep in mind that I moved in 4/2023. Being from the country, I lived in a field on the first floor, & I have never experienced as many mice there as I do here. I lived there for 15 yrs & experienced only 1 mouse as opposed to living here for one year and 6 months and having caught at least 10 mice. The problem has been reported, followed up, I have even received attitude due to my persistence, yet no resolution. I regret the decision, & the ...staff doesn't help to alleviate the situation. As a resident of my own apartment complex, I feel unwelcome, unsafe & unheard. Having been informed that maintenance was understaffed, I excused the late response to my work orders. I inquired about when they would hire new employees bc my w/d had been broken for a month, Mang. Kristy, informed me they have been staffed for the entire time. I have always found Dasia to be courteous & fair in the front office. She is an essential member of the staff.Property Manager Responded
