Not a great place anymore

Used to be a great place to live.
Now it is not.
Management was great before. Now not at all!
Maintenance was great, now they can’t hire a maintenance person.
The grounds used to be clean, now there trash everywhere.
Common areas used to be clean and unkept but you’ll find trash all over.
