Quite and Charming Community
March 27, 2019I loved living here this past year and I am sad to be moving on to a bigger city, in search of more opportunity. I will miss my tranquil view from my patio most. I give this community 5 out of 5, because it is well maintained, the office staff is always helpful and knowledgeable, the maintenance team is fast and professional, its secluded and private, and my apartment was perfect. October 4, 2016I have been living here since March of 2015 and have loved every minute of it. It is convenient to just about everything in Lafayette but it's quite as if you were living in the country. The apartments are very spacious and I love the fact of having my own attached garage. The grounds are always nice and clean with several beautiful courtyards surrounded by beautiful land scape and fountains. My favorite part of Chateau des Lions is the pool area which I stay at most of the summer. I've met ...some great friends at the pool and it's like one big happy family. The office staff & maintenance crew are amazing and are always there to help when you need. When I decided to move here I went and met with the Property Manager on some personal issues, she was very understanding and worked with me which I am grateful for. If you are looking for an apartment then I recommend you call one of the lovely ladies in the office at Chateau des Lions and come be a part of this great community. Having Rousse's right across the street is great!. The grounds are always beautifully maintained and the personnel are welcoming and helpful. I feel safe here. Chateau des lions, perfect community!
September 22, 2016I have enjoyed living here the last 3 years. The office staff is professional and address any problem quickly. The maintenance guys are great, friendly and competent. Probably the thing I like most, is the small dirt area at the front door, that you can plant and keep up as you wish. And the trees are mature and beautiful. A Great Place
September 21, 2016I have been living here since late June (2016). I really like it here! The staff is professional, yet friendly; maintenance is quick and very well kept for the courtyards. I recommend this place for anyone! One person, couples or families. This place has a lot to offer, the community is gated, washer/dryer comes in every unit (no need to bring your own), spacious pool, tennis court, fitness center, fully stocked pond with keep what you catch policy for fishing, courtesy officer available 24/7, ...courtyard view with every apartment and all appliances for kitchen! The best part is that it is one of the few apartments in Lafayette that all residents get their own private garage. Also, out of the 20 or so places I looked at in the area, this one had one of the best staff - renter relationships, meaning when I was being shown the units I was treated more like a familiar friend or family member rather than just another person looking for a place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Best Apartment Ever
September 20, 2016I have been living here with my husband for over ten years, and it would take finding the holy grail of houses to get me to leave. We lived in a two bedroom for the first 3 years then moved to a three bedroom after our child was born, and both floor plans are spacious and very well laid out. The interiors really feel more like a nice house and less like any other apartment I've ever been in. The amenities are also reminiscent of luxury condos; each apartment has a full sized washer and dryer, ...spacious walk in closets, and private garages along with communal amenities like the pool, tennis court, gym, fishing pond, and beautifully landscaped courtyards. More than anything what continues to impress me time and again is the service I have received from the friendly staff. The maintenance crew is quick to repair any problem I have had from small things like changing a light bulb that was too hard to reach to big things like fixing my air conditioner after hours in the middle of July. They are constantly doing fun things for the residents as well like holiday parties and serving breakfast in the clubhouse. September 20, 2016The apartment complex has a pool, weight room and well kept common areas that include BBQ/picnic areas. Quiet community but also kid friendly, some of the apartments offer a 2 car garage!! The mall, grocery store, pharmacy and library are within walking distance.
