Great living experience

Peaceful and close to grocery store and parks.
June 1, 2025Hannah has been super thorough and personable. Maintenance super fast when we needed help with shower curtain. Peaceful and close to grocery store and park. One bedroom is nicely sized. Was able to fit my office table and chair in bedroom along with a qween size bed, dresser and side tables. Walk in closet is a plus. Highly recommend and compared to the area they are reasonable with the deposits and monthly amount. Give Hannah a call she will take good care of you ! This site was what helped us ...make the decision. Was very clear with descriptions and size. Easy to apply and got moved in within a week!Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live!
February 26, 2025I love living at Chateau Knoll! The on site office staff are always so friendly and helpful. Maintaince is resolved in a timely manner. Plus they are super smart and respectful. The two outdoor pools make the Iowa summers so much more enjoyable. They are constantly making improvements to the property. Chateau Knoll is a great spot to be!Property Manager Responded

Great community and plenty of amenities
February 7, 2025The staff is always courteous. 2 pools, a tennis court, a basketball court, a fitness room, a business center, and an on-site wash/dryer in each building as well as the clubhouse. The property is vast. The location is centrally located to many shops, making it easy to pick up anything you need. The floor plans are laid out in such a way where it maximizes the space that you have and in Bettendorf, it is priced quite competitively.Property Manager Responded
