Horrible Experience
January 1, 2024There tends to be a lot of car break in’s someone broke my boyfriends driver window along with two other neighbors who also live here. There are no security cameras. The landlord is hard to get a hold of and she is never in her office when the sign on her door says she’s supposed to be in from a certain time to a certain time. This place has a lot of cockroaches and they barely come to spray. My landlord doesn’t change the air filter after 3 months like she claimed she would. The vents are ...disgusting I can smell my neighbor smoking through them. The maintenance also sucks here and doesn’t seem to know how to fix anything! I found right
July 3, 2020Chateau Monterey II is a community I found right on the border of the Clovis and Fresno border and when I was looking for a home in the neighborhood. The best part about living here so far is how it eliminates all hassles. I have been living here with a very relaxed and peaceful state of mind. While the features of the apartment itself has impressed me a lot so far, further features outside the apartment have been of great use as well. The apartment had come with a fully equipped kitchen as well ...as ceiling fans and easy commute to and from work. The community is single level and more comfortable features such as the lounge and the pool. My overall experience while living in Chateau Monterey has been very stress-free. May 22, 2020We have lived at the Chateau Monterey II for two years and have absolutely admired it. The staff is amazing and always treat us like family. All of them are very professional, kind, and have a smile on their face! The Apartment was very well kept and I absolutely loved the awesome pool in the summer time. March 19, 2020They offer affordable studios, perfect for when we need a nice but affordable place for a visit. The rental has fully equipped kitchens, ceiling fans and lots of more good stuff. Great shopping, restaurants and Fresno State University just minutes away. Family room, offered 2 showers and aircon with fans in all rooms - We found it to be clean tidy ideally placed and was 100% self-contained including washing machine and dryer and full kitchen.
