Well Managed.Clean Property all work orders handled right away, any concerns addressed same day, No Gangs, Drugs, Or Offenders on property, Quiet and professionally Managed With precise detail to residents needs and happiness. Management and maintenance man keep things running smoothly , making sure that residents have a safe and clean community to live in. This is actually my favorite place I've lived because of the clean property and efficient Management.

There tends to be a lot of car break in’s someone broke my boyfriends driver window along with two other neighbors who also live here. There are no security cameras. The landlord is hard to get a hold of and she is never in her office when the sign on her door says she’s supposed to be in from a certain time to a certain time. This place has a lot of cockroaches and they barely come to spray. My landlord doesn’t change the air filter after 3 months like she claimed she would. The vents are ...
disgusting I can smell my neighbor smoking through them. The maintenance also sucks here and doesn’t seem to know how to fix anything! I would not recommend living here for the amount that they charge for.

Chateau Monterey II is a community I found right on the border of the Clovis and Fresno border and when I was looking for a home in the neighborhood. The best part about living here so far is how it eliminates all hassles. I have been living here with a very relaxed and peaceful state of mind. While the features of the apartment itself has impressed me a lot so far, further features outside the apartment have been of great use as well. The apartment had come with a fully equipped kitchen as well ...

My overall experience while living in Chateau Monterey has been very stress-free. It doesn't require of me to have any kind of trouble with anything. We have lived at the Chateau Monterey II for two years and have absolutely admired it. The staff is amazing and always treat us like family. All of them are very professional, kind, and have a smile on their face! The Apartment was very well kept and I absolutely loved the awesome pool in the summer time. It has been a great place to spend the last couple of year!

They offer affordable studios, perfect for when we need a nice but affordable place for a visit. The rental has fully equipped kitchens, ceiling fans and lots of more good stuff. Great shopping, restaurants and Fresno State University just minutes away.
I cannot emphasize how much I would recommend this as a home base for exploring around the area or as an alternative option to other faceless rentals. This place is nice

Four of our family member stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 2 years at Clovis. Family room, offered 2 showers and aircon with fans in all rooms - We found it to be clean tidy ideally placed and was 100% self-contained including washing machine and dryer and full kitchen. Fantastic location and perfect apartment. Clean, open and air conditioning..

We chose the apartment due to location to family. It was a great find. There are many restaurants around and close to transportation everywhere. The apartment was spacious and clean and had everything we needed! The management is excellent and will address anything you need. Definitely worth every penny.
