Great cozy apartment with a super great view
June 9, 2022I won't give 5 stars because there still are a few things they are working on around the property, but my apartment itself I would say is 5 stars. Everything was upgraded and modern when I moved in. There is normal "apartment" issues, like stupid neighbors and irresponsible pet owners, but that is in all apartments. The managers always listen and take care of stuff when I tell them I need something. They are nice and polite as well. What I love best is how many improvements they have been ...doing lately. Think twice don't do it!
May 26, 2021Think twice before you rent from this Place. The Manager Melinda don't care about you or anyone that resides in your home. All she cares about is hiding in the dark closed up office and not be bothered. They issues out parking permits... You are only allowed 1 care per 1 stuido/1 bedroom Apartment, 2 spaces is you live in a 2 bedroom, but if you walk around the unit there are a ton of cars without this permit. They allowed pet owners not to have their animals on a leash, and it OK to not clean up ...after them. it is a non- smoking apt. but yet people are just smoking it up . it there's a problem or emergency can not get a hold of anyone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
I regret moving to this place Spring Hill Apartments
December 19, 2020The management here is none existent with loud neighbors who are nearly going to fall through the roof one day how loud they stomp. People who smoke both cigarettes and marijuana when signs say no smoking on premises but ash trays are in hallways and by both elevators. People leaving dog poop everywhere and trash. Stained carpet floors, neighbors are rude, maintenance people are rude and stare a lot. Maintenance do half work and leaves equipment and trash in your house. Managment is unorganized ...and unprofessional. Your lease will not mention the hidden fees. They ignore problems just like they ignore tenants. Nothing seems to be changing. The reviews for this place represents management, unfortunately. Even though this is La Mesa and it's a nice area these apartments are atrocious, seriously, may even look real nice on the outside but once you're in you'll probably regret it. I should've looked at the reviews first before I moved in. I can't wait until my lease is up. Good luck trying to call this place a home. Stop,,, Don't Do it!
October 27, 2020Should be named Chateau Dog poop Hill. Dog poop every where, dog pee on every corner of the buildings. Daily noise level is horrendous, dogs barking, loud music plays until late night, tenants fighting constantly, ask La Mesa PD how many visits they make monthly to the property. High level of non-resident in and out traffic. Security is non-existent, door delivery package theft is a regular occurrence, shady individuals hanging in the parking lot late night. Transient infested
October 18, 2017Horrible place to live, transients rummage through trash bins all times hours of the day and night, vehicles are vandalized, and othet tenants fron other properties have gate to access property, also other tenants make noise different times of the night and when you complain to the onsite manager Patty she doesn't do anything about it. And if you ask to talk to her boss or the owner, she'll talk her way out of giving you the information. Save your hard earned money and look else where.Review from Apartments.com
Cautious Springs
August 4, 2015I am not sure if this is suppose to be a good review or a bad review. But not much good to say about these apartments for 1475.00 a month plus 100.00 late fee because they won't work with our pay schedules.We should be living in a super clean apartment building ,however, our hallway smells like dog per as does the elevator when it is working. The county came and shut down the Jacuzzi because it was a health hazard and now we have about 1,000,000 bees in and around the pool dead bees.I have never ...had cockroaches until I moved into these apartments and now they are everywhere.I am humanRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
