We decided to move here for a year while my roommate finished college. Unfortunately we aren’t staying in GR or I would live here forever. The apartments look BRAND new and are kept super clean. The manager personally walks through the units after they’ve been cleaned. The appliances are high quality. The washer and dryer in unit is super convenient. My name is Josh. I've lived at these appartments for almost 2 years, and feel they are terrific. My fiancee and I looked around a lot of places before deciding on Chateau Village. The location is nice, nestled into some trees and hills, the staff is helpful, maintenance is quick to fix issues, and grounds are kept in good repair. I would recommend these appartments to people who ask (I often do) and feel they are very good for the price.
