July 2, 2025So far it has been OK. The orientation should have included more useful information, for example, where mail box, lockers, garbage chute are locate, etc. There was no apartment walkthrough. I asked and they said they would come. They never did. I need to remind them again. I noticed things that are broken after I moved in.Property Manager Responded

Beware future renters!
April 15, 2025Absolutely worst experience ever. I have been renting for years and this is by far the most unresponsive team I have dealt with. I had to break my lease as I bought a house, I of course paid the lease breaking fees. A month later I get a bill with ADDITIONAL RENT charges and other unexplained charges even after getting the apartment professionally cleaned. I tried to reach out to their Leasing agent MULTIPLE times over email as well as the owning company but no one is willing to respond and ...explain the charges. Stay away unless you want to be overcharged without explanation when you leave!Absolutely worst experience ever. February 10, 2025So many issues to move into this apt from the application stage to signing the lease & actual move into the apt. But 1 person stood out thru this whole ordeal & followed thru with promises & corrected the multiple problems-onsite property mgr, Lorenzo. He is amazing & should get a raise. Small issues could have been fixed remotely & in a timelier manner. Instant problems with the application process (used apply now button directly on prop. website) to signing of the lease to maintenance ...concerns-nonstop hurdles to overcome just to get to an actual legal move in after the 3 tries. Coverage while Lorenzo was out proved wrong. One emp told me something potentially illegal too. You NEVER tell a new tenant to take possession of apt without a completed lease signed by both parties. Maint. requests that were said to have been submitted were never done. Actions speak louder than words. Definitely holding off referring coworker to apt community until I see how Sack Mgmt responds.Property Manager Responded

The apartments are phenomenal, I love all the windows and the bathtubs. The location being so close to downtown is a big plus as well!
