Chateau at Hillsboro is the best apartments to live in. Like a community of wonderful neighbors. The apartment I have is on the 3rd floor. The view is beautiful. Elevator or stairs. Close to shopping, fast food, restaurants, easy access to interstate and main streets.
Management is amazing. Minimal repairs and response very quick.
Take a look at this fabulous place to call home.

coming from out of state, me and my fiancee moved into Chateau, and it was the best choice we couldve made. We had a very spacious 1 bedroom, remodeled, open concept apartment. But, that's not the best part. The best part is the community and people that are at Chateau. Mary is PHENOMENAL. If you need maintenance is fast and efficient. The community events are AMAZING. It's truly a family community. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about living there. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been a renter/ tenant for almost 3 years and I can honestly say that this is the best placed I’ve had the pleasure of living at. I’ve rented in many states/ cities, including Maine, Vermont, North Carolina, and New York City, but nothing compares to the Chateau and here’s why… The apartment is more like a neighborhood than a “complex.” They are high quality, very spacious, safe/ secure apartments, and on a well-kept property (cheers to our great landscapers)! But perhaps the greatest ...
reason why this is a true gem is because of Mary (property manager). Mary treats every problem that comes her way as a new opportunity to make things right. She has a way of approaching a problem from a different angle or experimenting with an out-of-the-box solution. Moreover, she is highly relatable, communicates through texts/emails/ or community flyers, extremely understanding, and builds relationships based on trust and respect. My two toddlers ask me daily go visit, “Mary in the Office!” We are so thankful for Mary because she encourages our little neighborhood to attend monthly parties and events catered to both kids and adults (my favorite is always sushi night)! Thanks to the events, I know and enjoy living with my neighbors who are on a first name basis. So, if you are looking for an apartment with a neighborhood feel, one that feels like a community rather than a “complex,” then I highly recommend checking out Chateau at Hillsborough.

Starts out great, but then goes downhill

Well were to begin! Let’s start out at with are first 7 months were wonderful and great things that needed fixed or any maintenance was addressed very fast and Mary in the office was wonderful to work with, but now the true colors are coming out. My wife and I had contacted Mary in the office to let her know that the tenants up stair sound like a Herd of Buffalos going across the floor and she stated she would talk with them. Let’s say it NEVER GOT BETTER and at least 10 plus phone calls made to ...
the office. Mary did however ask if we could exchange phone numbers after like the 3rd or 4th complaint as the neighbors upstairs complained back to her (I guess when she spoke with them that my soundbar was shaking their walls) and her boss told her if we can’t work it out both of us would be written up, so ok I turn my sound bar to zero bass. Well the upstairs tenant still loud, so my wife texted the numbers we were provided and she got back (my kids are playing and it’s not outside of quiet time, so we have multiple recordings for what it sounds like. Still nothing was done. Then we did end up working it out with the neighbors ourselves no thanks to management. We had an issue with ac which started on 8/22. It’s now 9/2 and still no ac. Called emergency number yesterday and was called by maintenance man who thought it was funny when I stated it’s too hot for me in this apt at 80 degrees with my medical conditions. He said it wasn’t uninhabitable without the ac and basically there wasn’t nothing they could do for us until the part came in. They offered nothing no extra fans, no hotel, nothing. It’s 84 degrees in my apartment and I’m in a hotel paid for by my own money since they have offered nothing.

I like that Chateau at Hillsbourough is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Coming home after work feels like a retreat. I have lots of space, lots of natural light, the apartments are new and they feel fresh. There is a dog park and a club house where the residents regularly gather for food and drinks. Maintenance is quick to respond. Mary, the apartment manager, is always available to help. The pictures don't lie, this place really is that beautiful and it is a great place to call home.

Not only is it quality built, with completely up-to-date style, but the craftsmanship and maintenance is second to none.
I have been shocked at just how pet friendly this place actually is.. I was worried about going from a house with yard, to an apartment, but my dog Wiket was acclimated almost immediately.

Chateau at Hillsborough is a small, quiet, safe, dog-friendly community. The apartments themselves are modern with beautiful granite counter tops. I have lived at Chateau @ Hillsborough since 2017 and it is a wonderful place. Quiet but well located, you have grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance and the access via Fort St is a great way to avoid traffic during rush hour.
The interior of the apartments is top quality, granite counters and great apartment layout. Lots of space.
I hardly ever hear a noise from my neighbors and I feel secure and comfortable at all times.

I am a new resident at Chateau at Hillsborough. I did a good amount of apartment shopping, but I immediately fell in love with this location on the first visit. The staff was excellent and I have nothing but great things to say about Mary Knight as a manager. She has been very attentive and I really appreciate the community events that she hosts.
The great thing about this location is that it is in quick access to a wide variety of restaurants, easy shopping, and my most importantly ... my gym. ...
To top that off, I also have a good sense of privacy with a nice, quiet community.
On a final note, I really love the styling of the place, inside and out; it is well above many that I have seen in Omaha and the pictures are true-to-life.

We love this place!! We have lived at this apartment complex a little over a year and everything still looks as new as it was when we first moved in. The one bedroom apartments are VERY spacious!
