We stayed here for 4 years and the convenience of living here was awesome! Maintenance was always super quick and the gym and pool were my favorite parts. It was the perfect home for us and the central location is hard to beat

When i say it's comfortable, i mean in every sense. Our town home is comfortable. It's easy to get a hold of someone in the office. Our requests are answers in a timely manner.... ots comfortable and we love it!

Great place to live!

We have loved living here the past two years! Our neighbors are fantastic, the office staff is always so friendly, and the maintenance team has always gotten any issue resolved in a very timely manner! The campus is clean, kept up, and can’t beat the beautiful view being right next to the bike trail with all of the trees! We look forward to our next years!

Good Response from Management/Maintenance

Being an "older folk" I appreciate it that anything on the walls, ceiling, or floors management/maintenance says is their responsibility. Consequently, I don't have to climb up on a chair or ladder to change a ceiling light bulb, but just let them know it needs doing, and by the next day, if not sooner, it's done.

Awesome grounds and staff!

I have been at Chateau for 6 months now and have enjoyed it immensely! Their staff is always friendly and prompt to respond to any of our needs. Maintenance requests are handled faster than any place I have ever lived. The grounds are awesome! It’s like living in a community, the buildings don’t sit in a busy street and there are so many trees and open spaces to enjoy. We have also loved using their pool this summer (IT’S HUGE) and walking our dog throughout their property. Our place is just off ...
the bike trail too, so we can stroll down that if we want. LOVE IT HERE
