    I appreciate the maintenance. I appreciate my view of trees and not the parking lot. But: I do not like how I can hear my neighbors. I can hear the neighbor below me. I can hear her talk, the tv and music. I hear the loud tv in my bedroom, while sleeping. You can complain and might get help, but not all the time. And most apartments have to share 2 washers and 2 dryers in your first floor stairwell. So if you value your quiet, or not being disturbed by your neighbor’s complaint about ...

    Chatham Forest has truly been a awesome place me and my family. The staff will help you if you should need assistance. The area was and is good place to reside. We are returning back to the area from another state and we are glad to be able to reside here with Noble Properties again.

    Worst place to live! Horrible office staff! Rats and roaches. Vandalism to car and harassing by children. Constant noise, drugs, management does nothing! BEWARE!

    This place is my home. I have live here for over 21 years now. I raise my family here. Went from apartment to larger town home then back to smaller town home. I would not live anywhere else. The office an maintenance teams are great. Any issues I have are handle promptly and to my satisfaction. The rent includes some utilities an is relatively low compare to other communities in the area.... close to store's too.

    I enjoyed living at Chatham forest, we lived there 4 years. First in an apartment than a town home. Our maintenance issues were dealt with fairly quickly. We enjoyed the staff always some community project coming on. The office was pretty friendly. We stead at Chatham until we bought our house. I would recommend Chatham to others. It's not a brand new community, however the management tries to keep it up. GL

    Moved in a month and a half ago and we are not happy. We have millipedes coming in the apartment from cracks and openings everywhere. For me it is unacceptable , we pay too much rent to deal with a pest problem. Management says they will spray but the problem is on going. We are sweeping up these bugs daily, and they range from 1-3 inches in length. Our daughter has been freaked out. Cannot not wait for our lease to be up. Play areas are not maintained, no lighting or rails on stairway down ...
    to parking spaces. Total nightmare. We I like the location because it's close to employment, but poor management and neglect of property out weighs the good. You've been warned!!!!!

      Thank you for your review. Yes our town homes are a great value and very spacious. Our rental prices are a wonderful value for downtown Cary area. We do look for a 600 credit score which is minimal at most apartments communities. Thank again!
