Dont dare to come here. the worst, dishonest management.

they just cant fulfil some very basic maintenance requests, have to wait for 3 to 4 weeks to complete. Mices & roaches are everywhere and mostly dirty water leakage from upstairs bathrooms and takes months to fix them. and recently around 25 Honda cars safety airbags were stolen from this completely insecure community. Thats it. Please dont come here.

I reported many times about the loudly noisy from upstairs during midnight, but they didn't response for very long time. Later on, the only thing they did is inform the upstairs keep quite during 10:00pm-7:00am. But the midnight noisy is still there, never stop, they gave me many excuses that they don't want to do anything to reduce the noisy. The service manager is very very rude and bad attitude, he doesn't listen to my request but complain this and that. He even threat me that he will leave ...

Mouse Infestation Problem

The mice here are multiplying by the day. It is so nasty and unsanitary. Instead of finding out where the mice are coming in they send pest control to drop of sticky traps. Appliances are old and not up to date. Area is convenient for shopping and schools but the mouse problem is horrible.

I am very disappointed with these apartments. There are mice and Ascento refuses to do anything about it. All they do is give you sticky traps to put down. The mice come out every night. Every time I mop my bathroom floors water gets down into the people that live under me apartment. Ascento still won’t do anything to fix this problem. The property manager is rude and the maintenance are rude also. I had to fill the holes in my apartment myself to try to stop the mice from coming in. Save your ...
