Very chill community that keeps to themself and never has any trouble. Parking situation here is also mostly figured out as long as you only own one vehicle. Besides that, Jen and Antonio the maintenance guy are great people and really care to make your living here a good experience. Been here nearly a year, no issues with weird leaks, bugs, or other critters as well.

Fantastic gated community. The apartments are spacious and bright with big windows and high ceilings. Quiet and peaceful area. Good location close to stores and many local amenities and minutes away from downtown Bay Shore. I would highly recommend living here.

We moved in 10/2018 and expected to stay only 2 years and we’re still here. We are leaving this October but the 5 years we have been here have been wonderful. We can’t say enough about the management and maintenance service. We’ll put a maintenance request in and the next day it’s addressed and the problem is rectified immediately. We are so impressed with the speedy resolution! We also feel very safe and love that we can lock up and leave anytime we want. This is a wonderful community and would ...

The people that live here don't know how to park in spots correctly. One family has like 5 people in one house and they have like 6 cars taken up spots (2/3 of their cars never move from the spots). The husband is working on his car in the garage passed 8 and is out there till 11pm sometimes. Theres people who don't live here taking up spots. 2 other people have cars that don't move from the spots. Theres never any parking especially during the holidays. The gates are almost always broken.

They have no respect for their clients or potential clients. They won't respond to service requests. I.e. A faulty mailbox lock, or Black mold in your AC unit or a roof leak. After months of asking for repairs they blamed the same tenants on numerous occasion,citing that they are at fault. The management won't face problems but rather sweep them under the rug

This apartment is luxuriously well built. It looks great outside and inside. Maintenance service is great. Pet friendly. Convenient that it is close to train station. Gated entrance makes you feel safe.

The best part about this place are the brand new beautiful apartments inside and out. The other residents are friendly and quiet. Another plus is there is a big shopping center within walking distance that has 7-11, grocery, deli, gym, banks, etc. The biggest issue I had with these apartments was the train noise, I am a deep sleeper and it was unbearable- even with windows closed the trains blowing their horns all night would wake me up every time. I gave a low score on the overall value because ...
they are pricey apartments with basically no amenities, your apartment is all you get- it would have been nice even if there was a half court basketball court, or outdoor sitting areas even. I would give it a perfect score if there were some outdoor amenities such as a couple of picnic tables at least, and if it was further away from train crossings.
