Easy application process, easy rental signing process, pet friendly. Easy move in experience but almost too easy. Put into a unit that was already on the market for greater than 14 days (greater than 30 days prior to move in) and the unit was not move in ready. Multiple maintenance issues have not been addressed having already been living here for greater than 30 days. Basically little to nothing done to the unit in a 60 day period. Office does not reply to multiple concerns expressed.

Sometimes quiet but it depends on where you are located on the property, Professional Leasing Manager and Staff.. Adding Security or hire Residents to help out with Security. Friendly and helpful Maintenance Worker. Sometimes it's loud on the weekends or Holidays. But overall it's a safe Community for Persons with a Disability.

I do love my apartment , but hope it does change with Beztak because the outside already doesn't look as nice.I do love that we are allowed to decorate our patios and anytime I have a problem with an appliance it is fixed immediately our maint team is awesome.

This is a great community with great neighbors and a lot of amenities. Ive not had any problems since I have moved in with the apartment,neighbors,parking or anything else except the maintenance which could use some improvement.

I moved in and was told I had all new appliances, that was a lie. The apartments are poorly put together. The leasing office literally does nothing for you but charge you fees and point fingers. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!!

We absolutely love CHATHAM VILLAGE APARTMENTS!!! And want to take the time in thinking Twanja (the property manager) for making our move in a success! The apartments are super nice inside out. The maintenance is wonderful, they are always on time with any problems or issues that the attendant has.The apartments have washers and dryers on which we love to have!
